It is 90% Delta and thats it..Most foreign flag carriers don't even serve Atlanta so what does that tell you. Not everybody around the world is rushing to visit Atlanta. They are connecting through to other citys.

Mega cities like London, Tokyo and new York have several big international airports (Gatwick, Heathrow & stansted in London. la Guardia JFK & Newark in New York. Narita and haneda in Tokyo) so it's not necessarily as simple as new York/London have a little airport compared to Atlanta, as these cities will have more air passengers in total just not all through the same airport.
In fact London has two airports in the top 30 busiest.

Mega cities like London, Tokyo and new York have several big international airports (Gatwick, Heathrow & stansted in London. la Guardia JFK & Newark in New York. Narita and haneda in Tokyo) so it's not necessarily as simple as new York/London have a little airport compared to Atlanta, as these cities will have more air passengers in total just not all through the same airport.
In fact London has two airports in the top 30 busiest.
