Arnels really works hard and puts his whole heart into performing while on stage. I had a good time, but I walked away feeling empty because Steve was not the one singing. I agree. I purchased their new cd with all new recordings of the old songs sang by Arnel and I only listened to it twice. I was not comfortable that they took many of the classic songs and re-recoreded with Arnel's voice. I wanted the new song "after all this time" (which still reminds me of Perry by the way) and their live concert which I went to.

I live Augeri and Pineda but who started all was Perry and he doesnt seem to have a hard time reaching the high notes. Its just his voice. Pineda has a powerful voice also but just like Augeri he uses his throat a lot in other words they don't seem to sing with the Diaphragm and there's the secret to keep your voice in shape just like Perry.Just watch how Perry's lips vibrate in higher notes. That's a good singer.

All true talents in their own right. Steve Perry has a smooth soulfulness in his voice that is just natural. He delivers the song the best because he wrote it. The other two are just interpreting Perry's words. Perry holds an unfair advantage in that regard. I'm sure if the other two wrote their own song they would sound better singing it too. C'mon now. I love Perry too. But Perry will not be a part of the band ever again. These guys still want/need to perform and make music. Let them do it! Journey made millions in 2008 from their Album Revelation and their 72 city concert tour. They're kicking ass again...I loved Journey then and I love them now. Let's support them no matter what because I enjoy their music new and old. You should too!

Arnels really works hard and puts his whole heart into performing while on stage. I had a good time, but I walked away feeling empty because Steve was not the one singing. The band Journey was awesome in perfect form! Listen, my gut tells me we all will be hearing from Steve Perry this late year or early next year. So hold on Perry fans! It is only a matter of time. I agree. I purchased their new cd with all new recordings of the old songs sang by Arnel and I only listened to it twice. I was not comfortable that they took many of the classic songs and re-recoreded with Arnel's voice. I wanted the new song "after all this time" (which still reminds me of Perry by the way) and their live concert which I went to.

I live Augeri and Pineda but who started all was Perry and he doesnt seem to have a hard time reaching the high notes. Its just his voice. Pineda has a powerful voice also but just like Augeri he uses his throat a lot in other words they don't seem to sing with the Diaphragm and there's the secret to keep your voice in shape just like Perry.Just watch how Perry's lips vibrate in higher notes. That's a good singer.
