Sorry, doc, but I don't think this word is any more likely to come to pass than any other year-end prophecy.

The blessing lies in whether God favors a person, not on their actions or character. The most blessed people I have ever known are dishonest, cruel, vicious and vile people. The false prophet who spends decades lying has the big house, fancy cars, and the good life, while the faithful prophet can't catch a break. As for tithes, I've never seen anyone blessed by tithing other than the preachers who collect them. Also, in the Bible, people paid their vows AFTER God answered prayer.
