I remember when I was 4 years old, my mom used to play this game a lot. She would only play this game only for this level. She said the music reminds her of me and I told her I would never leave her.. And now, I'm all grown up and just hearing this as a college student makes me want to go back to my mom and tell her how much I love her. Never got my first console until I was 6. I still remember having an original Gameboy and Super Mario Land and Super Mario Land: 6 Golden Coins when I was 4. Good times. Now I have games like CoD and what not to keep my mind occupied for 10 minutes. There is just no passion for a good game nowadays; just push them out quickly with no thought, for maximum profit. No originality any more. Games like this give me a better experience, nostalgic and entertainment effect than something like MW2.

I've had to buy Sonic Mega Collection Plus to get properly back into the older times, and emulators on the PC to play other games again like LoZ: OoT and MM, Mario 64 and all the rest. I've grown up with the original Xbox and games such as Halo: Combat Evolved and Jet Set Radio Future. Although I really enjoyed those games, I would have loved to have grown up with older games such as the past Sonic games and the LoZ games. Nothing can beat an experience such as growing up with the games.
