Nice spinner... Yours is a bit different from the original Colorado Spinner made by Pflueger, Hildebrandt, and more recently, Poulsen Cascade Tackle.
Your version is more like a hybrid of the Colorado and a Rooster Tail (minus the tail). The original Colorado doesn't have a shaft, and simply consists 2 swivels, 2 split-rings, a blade and a treble hook.
