  • that will be me in 2 days :D

  • is that orlando excutive at 0:12

  • @supermiigalaxy all the planes look the same :)

  • Hey! I think I saw the same plane at the gate when I went there!

  • You probably didn't know this but that first airport you see is called Orlando Executive Airport. It opened as Orlando Municipal Airport in 1928 when Pan Am began service to Cuba and Puerto Rico from here. Amelia Earhart was there in 1935. Eddie Rickenbacker (Eastern Airlines) was there in 1940. The US Army Air Corp used it during WW2 calling it the Orlando Army Air Base. It was transferred back to Orlando's control and renamed Herndon Airport in the 60's then Orlando Executive Airport in 1982.

  • Description: 00:00 - 00:25 > we see Colonial Drive (STR 50) hurdling Lake Barton and Little Lake Bartonn :::: 00:26 - 00:45 > we see The East-West Expressway (Toll Road 408) going over Lake Underhill ::: 01:00 +- > we see Curry Ford Road ::: 01:15 > we see Lake Fredrica ::: 01:30 > we see Pershing Ave :::: 01:55 we see Hoffner Ave (STR15) and Goldenrod Rd (STR 551) ::: 02:36 > we see Toll Road 528 (Beach Line)...and finally MCO! Home Sweet Home! ♥

  • i miss that so much, such good memories, SOMEONE NEEDS TO BUILD A TIME MACHINE.

  • Iv never been on a plane before so iv never been outside of britain im trying to convince my parents to go any ideas guys please help xxxxxxxx

  • @heyyferr You are a long time dead, get out there and enjoy yourselves NOW..If its money thats the problem, then there are loads of excellent sites that tell you how to do it on a budget, BUT having said that, it still costs quite a lot. The tickets for the parks really add up!! But its well worth the visit and its NOT just for children, infact at most times of the year you see far more couple without children then with just incase your parents think its a childish thing to do!!

  • i will be landing there next monday!!!!! XD cant WAIT!!!

  • Virgin offer fantastic value for florida flights, but only if you book early. You can get a return flight for the same price as a return flight to NewYork on some dates.

  • Only ever flown into Orlando Int, but i'd have to say it's one of the best airports i've ever been to in my life!

  • Hey could you please tell me the temperature in Orlando between late Oct, and early November? Thanks

  • @xXSlashBoiXx Low to mid 80's according to Wiki! Enjoy :)

  • @xXSlashBoiXx some times it can go below 80

  • @xXSlashBoiXx I went there twice, it's like tropical weather. I went there in November, it's like Uk Summer in the Winter

  • I Prefer Delta 1st Class To Virgin 1st Class (i've Flown Both)

  • Be landing in 8 days ;) cannot wait!!!

  • I didn't know that VA made that approach. I live about a mile away from right under the approach and I never see A 747.

  • ah man if only i went back there :)

  • straping the camera to the window for the whole 8 hours would have been a pretty smart idea

  • i BEEN WiTH ViRGiN ATLANTiC, THOMAS COOK, FiRST CHOiCE AND EASYJET TO DiFFERENT DESTiNATiONS XX

  • i have made that approach about 19 times now - I WANT TO GO HOME TO ORLANDO!!!!!!!!!

  • i live there so im used to that airport

  • orlando is awesome! and green!

  • omg ill be landing in that spot in July =DDDDDDDD cant w8

  • apparently thomas cook have more space and less passengers but i still prefure virgin atlantic.

  • True, but they fly into Sanford and not Orlando, I have flown to both and to be honest Sanford is a bit of a hassle.

  • yeah but the flights can be cheaper. like i live in manchester and it will cost £500 on virgin and will cost £450 on thoms cook i also prefare bigger planes because they cope withe turbelence better

  • does virgin do direct flights to orlando??

  • yeah all of there flights are direct out of manchester

  • and London Gatwick

  • @Cactus732 What about Glasgow? I thought they did that too. Or is that seasonal?

  • @BNSFFREAK747 I had forgotten about Glasgow but i'm pretty sure that it is seasonal, it may even be charter i'm not sure, I also think that when they run it they use an A340-300 but again I could be wrong

  • yeah they do :)

  • Yeah from MCR, LGW and LHR.

  • @TissieSaffie Virgin dont fly from Heathrow to Orlando, I cant seem to see the comment that you replied to, but im gathering from what i can see is that you're saying that Virgin do fly from heathrow, however, they don't.

  • @AlphaThreeEighty yer i been to both and i like sanford but theres something about it that makes it annoying lol

  • @AlphaThreeEighty Orlando Intl is miles better than Sanford, Orlando has more shops and restraunts and I love the train thing that takes you to passport control!

  • Ooohhh, I absolutley LOVE landing in that airport!!! We r going back for a 5th time in August!!

  • thanks for that reply! i know that i'll still enjoy it anyway :-)

  • Hey everyone! We fly with Virgin to Orlando from Manchester next week! on our Honeymoon. I'm a bit worried about the heat. Does anyone know if it will be bearable this time of year eg 20-25c?

  • It will be warm but not intolerable, last September the hottest it got to was high 90's and even then we still enjoyed it! Hope you have a great time too!!

  • o yars 'wish you where here'

  • lol... im going at the end of July !!!!! im probably going to faint from the heat haha

  • yeah it wil be alright i went this time a couple of years ago and it was just nice better than britains wheater LOL

  • @basketcase81 We Flew From Manchester In Summer Its Very Hot But In Winter Its Bearable

  • I think this video its rather 'er' ish 5 stars for being so er

  • I'm going again this year, with Virgin from Gatwick. We're thinking of upgrading to Premium but we're not 100% sure, i guess you was in Economy, how was it?

  • i have been in economy it was a bit cramped but you where distacted by the seat back entertainment and the views over the atlantic.

  • Where did you stay in orlando?

We stayed international drive - rosen centre

  • International Drive also, we stayed in the Low Q but we only slept there we were up and out by 8am every morning and not back until about 10-11pm every day for a fortnight, was exhausting!

  • Yeah it can be not being used to the heat - We got up nice an early to get full experience but we went to hotel between 2 and 4 usually to relax and out again later cause of the heat

Unless we were shopping then it's not to bad =)

  • Cant wait we go after my exams =)

Stay up all night and drive to dublin at 2am - Fly to manchester and wait for flight - Fly to New York and get connecting to orlando =)
