My MAYTAG model - MDBH980AWS dishwasher will not start! All lights are on except the two buttons - START/CANCEL and DELAY 2,4,6 ..... will not light, any ideas? Someone else suggested it may by the CONTROL PANEL or CONTROL BOARD that needs replacing! but how could that be, this dishwasher is under 2 years old! Warranty ran out just in time for the break down! I called MAYTAG and they basically said to get lost! I've spent over $1100 on this thing, and frustrated! Can you help? Thanks!

same problem . we called maytag, it is over 1 years old , no help from them. not yet 2 years old.
did you fix it yet? we tried to shut the circuit off for a few days but this did not help.
