Snapped is great, 500 points, but be warned, it doesn't have a lot of content and it's very hard to play because it requires use of the camera and you have to play against a white wall... yeah if that sounds like hassle then avoid it =/

if you like puzzle games, then yes. actually, most of the art style games definitely seem like the best of the dsi ware so far: picopict, somnium, nalaku, hacolife and this game.

Actually for the price DSi has more to offer. But the games you can get are a lot better than what there is to find on the iPod. iPod has a bunch of "ok" apps, DSi has a handful of really great games, many of which are made by Nintendo and exclusive to DSi.
