A real severed head does not talk at all because the vocal chords would be no longer attached and you can't breathe. Voice is produced by vibration of the vocal chords. However, you would be able to move your lips. But it would take 25 to 30 seconds for you to die.
Peraps another time Madame Guillotine will take your head, Okay?? She.. will be waiting for you!

I watched this again and wanted to correct myself... She didn't say what I previously stated, she said, "WHAT THE HELL IS UP WITH THAT FUCKING RAT!!!!???!?!!?!?!??!" Which is just as funny to me but I figured I would correct myself before a million other ppl decided to do it for me.. lol.. YOUTUBE ROCKS!!
