I always thought Katmando was a little out of place in this game, why is he one of the dark apostles again?

I have never been able to defeat this cursed robot....he annilated like 3 of my conquered regions....little bastard robot....
Once you get the Dragon Power (by visiting the three shrines), if you equip the new weapon given to your monarch, then you can then defeat Katmando :)
