Wow, the open really made me sad, My mom and dad always had the Today show on before I went to school and I only remember Katie Couric for 2 years but Meredith and Matt it is like I know them In real life... I have seen them Every weekday till June... It was summer vacation when they had this on and I woke up at 6:30am just to be sure I would NOT miss this!
I don't think my comment was stupid at all. People don't like to hear the truth. These are overpaid talent who really don't contribute to society. Oh big deal they read off a teleprompter and deliver the news. You think the person who cures cancer or AIDS will get this MUCH attention. Hooray for Meredith (is that what you want to hear)
What did you expect them to do? Throw Ann in there and expect everyone to know what was going on? This only gained attention on that show and it wasn't like there were huge news headlines going on.
