There is nearly no risk of being burnt yourself if you know how to use pois ; be careful though, it flies off far away and can burn perople around you if they are too close to you. 10 meters are a good distance.

The band is called Naoto Shibata Project, the song is Bloody Tears from Simon's Quest, redone on the album Dracula Battle Perfect Selection.
