  • OUCH...friggen scary. Good thing you missed TBoning those other guy's.

  • Nothing to do with Ducati (this time), it was the Yoyodyne throttle.

The clip was just from the tape being reused

  • at 0:38, anyone catch the microsecond clips of sears point? weird

  • Italian reliability rite there.Sorry for you .

  • Yes, the clutch was fully disengaged and the engine was overpowering it and the brakes were jammed on. You'll no doubt have noticed the brake markers and the distances involved. The bike was traveling at around 130mph so figure out the time/distance involved for "jamming" :-)

  • Throttle obviously did stick. However, couldn't he have clutched and jammed the brakes? Sounded like it just bounced off the rev limiter cause he didn't shift making me think if he clutched it would, obviously, take it out of gear and he could brake.

  • omg... f*ckin terrible

  • You can only pull the throttle back so far, twisting the throttle as hard as you can is NOT going to make your bike go faster, Stuck throttles are very dangerous.

  • Props to the rider for avoiding others in such a situation. Damn that must be reaaaally scary.

  • omg!!!!!!!fck!

  • Not familiar with that sound, what the hell happened?

  • sounds like the throttle stuck wide open

  • That is a truly terrifying sound and experience. I hope the rider was okay and the bike survived also.

  • How do I make sure that never ever happens to me?! Hope you weren't hurt...or hurt too badly.

  • that sound scares me (also riding motorcycle) and i never want to hear that sound from my bike

  • ouch...
