Hmm, I'll have to talk to my podiatrist about this if I ever get back to doing track, I used to wear my orthotics in my spikes but they put me up very high and I felt like I wasn't able to get enough leverage with them in.

I am a decathlete at Cal State LB and can't stress enough the importance of injury prevention! This tape job is AMAZING! It takes your arches a little getting used to, but really accentuates good posture and a strong foot striking ability. Thanks Dr. Paul!
