Jesus has used the word 'blessed' many times in the Scriptures too. For ex. "Blessed are those who are persecuted for my names' sake for the Kingdom of Heaven is theirs". Jesus is God and in Him there is NO lie, my friend! Hallelujah!

they do say blessed be but they believe in praising the earth as a goddess. i believe that's what they do anyway, i read a little about it along time ago but stopped early into it

In 2005 the Lord prepared me for a physical trial I was about to go through, using this beautiful song. While in a coma this is the song and lyrics that rang through my spirit bringing peace, acceptance, and praise. I could and still can say "Blessed Be the Name of Lord"! "For me to live is Christ, to die gain"! Thank you Tree63 for allowing the Lord to use you as an instrument of praise, encouragement, and truth. :o)

Shymidsib & Westman2003 - Thank you both for your kind words. What I went through was truly a blessing on so many levels including a miraculous healing of my lungs! This is why my spirit cries "Blessed Be The Name Of The Lord" when He gives and when He takes away! May your hearts and minds be at rest in these uncertain times. And because He loves you both just as much as He love me! He will do no less for you when the trials come your way too... So again, thanks to you both. :o)

ourlostrose, I can relate, as I am currently going through a very difficult trial. I won't get into that, but all I can say is that I know God is using it to bring me closer to Him. Remember that The Lord is a refiner of silver... meaning, He will put is into that "hot fire" as many times as it takes for Him to see His reflection in us. God bless you and everyone! I as well am glad to hear you pulled through and never lost faith! Keep going, I am too! :D
