They need to develop their ear for mimicking what they hear, then arranging it in their own style. I know it sounds like too-much-work, but in the long run, they'll end up thanking Adam for NOT giving them the tabs. To those who say they don't have the time to figure out the tabs: Add up the time spent texting, playing video games, watching lame reality TV... and you will find time.
