Indiana State police pull over Marion County Sheiff officer WHILE ON DUTY.

State Trooper filed in report: The suspect (ha he even called him suspect) was going code 3 (lights and sirens) to assist with a warrent and hit a bystanding motor cyclest and continued on his way. I pulled the suspect over and found him to be at 0.232 blood alcohol content and he was then placed under arest.

This must be from up North or something.....Things like this are against the law in Texas. In Texas the Sheriff of a county is the Supreme Law Enforcement officer of that county. That's word for word from the penal code, and even IF he does comment a crime the only person who can arrest him is the Constable ... I don't understand why other states give troopers so much power.......This was certainly unprofessional on the troopers part....Cops don't arrest Cops....

If it wasn't for the video, the trooper would probably let him go. Cops usually don't hold other officers to the same standards as the public. Since the camera usually runs automatically when the blue lights are turned on, he can't cover for the sheriff.
