Grant Haas went to Ted Haggard because he wanted to be "cured from homosexuality" and Ted Haggard knowing that is uncurabe because it's not a disease he decided to take advantage of the situation. If u paid attn he went to haggard because of his drug addiction and haggard used it as an aopportunity for his addiction and then came on to the guy. That's what he did, he told him at the very least. And besides an unwanted approach is that, an unwanted approach, it doesn't matter if he is gay or straight, if he doesn't want it you have to respect that. Just because he is gay it doesn't mean he will be willing to engage in this as a gay man he choses with who he wants to do it. And besides you have to remember, this guy went for him (to cure the uncurable) yet Ted Haggard with his behavior proved him that he cannot change.

His therapist said he was a heterosexual with complications. You want teddy to break up his family and sleep with male prostitutes and young dudes who like to get high. What's unnatural is being the opposite of who you really are. If you are gay don't pretend to be straight. And if you are straight don't pretend to be gay. That's unnatural. Working on saturdays was not death dealing tho forbidden. thirdly your view of women not having an opinion in the bible is in seriours error because you are only repeating what youve heard rather than going on what youve actually read. His opinion is the bible is the inerrant word of God and so he must remain faithful to that philosophy. To love God is to obey God and it is inconsistent to say you love someone and yet be unfaithful to them. That means if he loves God he must be faithful to God and that requires work, hard work.

I voted for a pres who would end the war and stabilize the economy. The cost for me is that he is pro-choice and somewhat pro- gay marriage. Noone is perfect you take the good with the bad. You assume that a xtian is supposed to be a stick in the mud because you have this "picture" that im supposed to be a certain way. I enjoy reality tv in general because i love comedy and there is nothing more comedic than shows like flavor of love which is plain funny to think of 20-30 beautiful women sweating a guy who looke like flav. First, I dont think his marriage is fake. He loves his wife and he loves his children. Secondly, because he is a human he has a will and therefore he has will power. Thirdly, I believe God will not allow us to be tempted beyond what we can bear. BTW thats a scripture. Ted haggard can succeed because he is trying to do God's will and I dont believe God will abandon him. Just as I have will power to not cheat on my wife so can Ted. Im a xtian so we have very different views on homosexuality.

See this is where you and I differ. Christians do not believe GOD makes gay people. Even if there is a genetic predisposition and that is YET to be proven the bible attributes homosexuality to an UNATURAL desire. A genetic defect that it lists as coming from our genetic defect passed from our original parents called SIN. Therefore the bible admonishes us to fight against this defect tho we may at times falter. God is not a hypocrite because he is not the cause for this defect but the only cure.

The God that I believe in and Ted believes in can strengthen us and will not abandon us from wrongdoing. And homosexual sex is wrongdoing because it is unnatural. first of all Ted was examined as a straight man with complications not as a homosexual. This was by his counselors. 2ndly he is suppressing those tendencies because he loves his wife and children and really as he stated has never had problems in his intimacy with his wife. 3rdly feelings are subjective to many things including chemical dysfunction which is why humans should never let their feelings dictate their actions but allow reason and logic to dictate their actions.

I dont know what religion you believe in but the God of the bible. the one that Ted Haggard follows says homosexuality is unnatural and ted knows that and thats why he fights against it. Christianity i.e. Jesus Christ taught that natural relationships are between a man and a woman. That is he was a consistent orthodox jew.
