I don't know how old this video is only when it was posted, but how can any of this work with the introduction of ID cards and now they can ID you from your chip in your debit card and I can say most people won't be going out without that.
Please watch all the videos before you ask such questions. Its a simple concept, they can't charge you with laws that don't apply to you. Don't hand over ID your bank card, anything unless you are being charged with something that applies to you.
Ok yeah I see what your saying but they will search you if you don't give up your ID when asked for it and as I said most people always carry their debit card at least or they'll arrest you and charge you for not cooperating with or obstructing a law enforcement officer.
