Honestly, I think that The Who was a GREAT choice, as well as most of these other well established classic bands and artists. Their music is more wholesome, the bands are well known, and many of their songs are still heard by young people on the radio today and enjoyed. I've really thought that the age of the artist or band has a lot to do with the appeal of the music. I'm 38, and growing up we listened to Fleetwood Mack, Jerry Garcia, and Robert Palmer. Not kids, but we loved them anyway.

First of all, laser light shows and rock 'n roll go together like sex and drugs, second, the who has preformed at Woodstack, and has probably been doing drugs ever since, and most of them looked like they're in better shape then you, plus you're yelling at Americans for spending money! That's like yelling at a hemophiliac for bleeding, or a french guy for being a douch, it part of are DNA! And if you can sing half as good as they did now, then you can piss everyone off this bad.
It would be interesting to see what you'd propose when playing in front of a live audience of 80,000+ and the the television audience of the most watched event of N American sports.

No Lip-syncing; you need to understand there some delays on the live video...
I was part of the half-time-show stage set up crew and these guys were playing for real. _The big screem vs the live band had at least 3 seconds of delay in motion_
@revolutiontroop the day fucking nickleback plays the halftime show is the day i stop watching lol....the fact is.most of the younger bands could not carry a halftime show so i don't mind the classic rock guys
