Really just depends on what you look for in a band. I generally value lyrics over instrumentals, so I kind of "followed" Matisyn to Parabelle. The only slight issue i have with Parabelles CD is that a lot of the tracks (In my opinion) have medium to long instrumental intros, some of which are good, others I find myself fast forwarding to like 1 min into the song.

Yes erase my scars hit home, a good song, a good band. Parabelle is growing on me soo much more than EB did. Kevins voice and lyrics keep me wanting more. The old eb stuff came at an emotional time in my life,and i connected with kevin, truly an under rated singer, one of the best in my opinion. I also love Flaw, their old stuff,

its funny to see what pple are saying about how they are doing, let me set the record straight and this is purely factual: they are doing worse when it comes to sales and concerts, AKA money so in short they are hurting now. Oppionion wise i think the differences between the new singer and the old singer are suttle they both have good voices, but kevin just has a little tweek he has that gives him an edge, as for the lyrics, without kevin the songs are mediocore, he was their writer

This is Kevin Matisyn, the former lead singer of Evans Blue, singing.

Personally I am pretty torn about this band. I find the music extremely mediocre but I am such a huge fan of Matisyn. So I'm not sure if I like this yet.

I disagree. While I agree that Evans Blue is suffering without Matisyn, Matisyn wasn't the only reason I loved Evans Blue. The other members of the band are musical geniuses, and that wonderful music still persists.

evans blue is touring the nation based on their name. parabelle now is also touring the country, as well as beginning to build their name. parabelle will pass the new evans blue in a short period of time, if not already.
