This song was written about a girl who commit suicide when she thought the guy she loved, had been unfaithful to her, and about that guy trying to tell his lost love that no one / nothing could come between them. The original opening lyric was "Tired of Living, it's easy to do." The powers that be, "convinced" Keith/Mick to change it, because they knew in it was going to go platinum, and they didn't wan't to jeopardize sales if it was about suicide. Wanted to set the "record" straight. ---HaZa

this is a beautiful song, it holds a lot of feelings for me, thanks for posting it, but I must say you posted the lyrics a bit wrong, he does not say graceless lady you know who I am, it actually says you know HOW I AM. Also it does not say let's do some living after we die, it says LET'S DO SOME LIVING AFTER LOVE DIES... Listen to the lyrics more carefully.
