  • I FOUND A CHINESE SNOT IN MY ROAST PORK FRIED RICE...LOL MAKE SURE YOU TIP BECAUSE THE WAITERS WILL STAB YOU WITH CHOP STICKS.

  • I ENJOYED DOC, USE A OMNI DIRECTIONAL MIC NEXT TIME....

  • ruudjemulder? TAKE AWAY? REALLY? REALLY? This is not eurotrash land. In nYC It's "TAKE OUT"

  • i started going to wo hops in 1975 and stopped in 2001. It was a great out of the way nook where people respecetd each others space and the food was always cooked well. not anymore, It was not "a place to be seen" now its a bunch of gen x kids who dont know a chow mai fun from a rigatoni. The food has taken a turn for , well, lets just say. It is fashionable to say that wo-hops is the best Chinese food in Manhattan, Wo-Hops has not been clsoe to being the best in a decade.

  • @bluepastry i went there two days ago. it was AMAZING <3 <3 <3 Wo Hop.

  • This place has Manhattan's best chinese but I have to disagree with the Herb that says upstairs is not as good. He has his head up his ass.

  • Awesome! Gotta keep this place in mind!

  • Believe it or not, my great-grandfather owned (and I think started) this place

  • sounds good, thanks for the tip

  • But there's also a very cheap restaurant at 79 Christy's Street named

    " Wa Fung".

East of the Bowery close to Grandstreet in Soho.

Take away food $2.50. Also very tasty.

    Check it out !

  • A very good chinese restaurant. We know this since 1990 and every time we visit NYC, we went to Wo Hop in 17 Mottstreet (cellar!!!)

It was recommended to us at that time by a famous Dutch journalist.

    Bon Apetito.

  • Been going there for 15 years...I live in sc now...I crave that shit at least once a week!

  • Now I'm hungry. Thanks for the tour. I've lived in NY, having been born here, and have gone to Chinatown, but never been there. I'll have to go.

Only thing about your film is the narration. It needs to be louder. Couldn't hear you at the end as it was rather low in volume.

  • 17 mott street!

  • Yes it's the best...unlike your shaky-ass video.
