The subtitles on this video always seem to be blocking the action. Very annoying! I don't need to read the words, I need to see how it's done. Is there a way you can remove the subtitles or at least put them in a place where they do not block the action. Please? Pretty please? Thanks!

the body is there but you have got to look for it. 3 bar roll at each end or something like that. quite simple i think.

Malik, I'm an intermediate twister, and I've got all your videos. You say on one video that you're using a barbell body, but you don't teach us how to make it - not on any of the videos of yours I can find. Can you post that video?
