These commercials were actually seen during 1970. Sinclair vanished, after they merged with Atlantic/Richfield to become "ARCO" (which is now part of "BP"). The True ad was among the last to be shown, before the ban on cigarette advertising began on January 2, 1971. Raquel's special ("Raquel!"), co-sponsored by Motorola, aired April 26, 1970 on CBS. Enzo Stuarti also recorded an album for Ragu {mail a dollar to them, and get his album, "That's a Nice"}.
@fromthesidelines You (and JAldredge86) are right, of course. I took the date from the Nixon Presidential Materials records--it's cataloged as "Rick Potter Demo" and was received by the White House Communications Agency in January 1971--so obviously these were 1970 ads. Should have caught that!
:47 My guess to this scene is that this is the remains of the old Pennsylvania Station, razed in the mid-1960's - and dumped in the Meadowlands swamp across the river in New Jersey. Any locals know if any of these 'remains' remain?

Are you sure this isn't 1970? As cigarette commercials were banned on television as of January 2, 1971.

Very high quality video. Well-preserved! I smoked True Blues for 13 years. Had a Quasar TV like that, too!
