I'm going through the same thing except it's an aggressive Pit Bull with a much louder and piercing bark. I love animals,but this is so offensive and I'm spellbound by the lac oif courtesy by my neighbors.
I'm to the point of offering to buy them a shock collar,but something tells me they will blow me off.

damn this dog is like the annoying chewala that lives next door to me. i have a right to live in my house without getting barked at when i come home from work. chewala doesn't give a damn about me. it loathes my existence.

Dog shuts up, things stay quiet. Dog goes nuts, and it'll be like WWIII.
