The clothes are from a patch, but these sort of patches are illegal and violate Blizzards TOS. It is considered and exploit and it IS detectable.

If you get them, you will result in having your account banned temporarly/permanently.

You are not allowed to change any of the game files, even if it shows on your side.

At the end of the day, they are very cute clothes and I'd love to have them on my character, however these patches ARE illegal.
