@JourneyInJapan You just have to make sure the name of the products fit the name in your cart. It will show the same thumbnail for all of your items if you are buying from the same shop. And if you can't find an item you want it usually means it is out of stock.

@Nooctis I don't get what you mean? I know you have to put your name is receiver and also sender. Your address should show unless you have to put it in the address book first, but I don't think that is the case.
I ordered some items last week, and everything arrived at the warehouse except 1 item. Should I just wait for that last item or cancel it myself, or will the seller cancel it if they don't have it? Do you also know if they will refund it thru paypal or the g-market system?
@puremonkeyness The item should arrive to you soon if the seller has not cancelled the order. There is a estimated shipping date, I believe if the item still hasn't been shipped by that time it will get automatically cancelled (I could be wrong). You can cancel it yourself if you want. As for the refund, if you pay by paypal you will only get the cost of the item refunded to you. Shipping will go to your order. If there is extra left over it will go into your gmarket account.

@stargirl103399 Usually if you click on the image of the item you want it, a pop up will appear. Once the pop is loaded you just scroll down and there should be a sizing chart on the very bottom. Hope that helps..
I ordered from them and paid for the shipping and everything, but I went to check my gaccount and said I had to pay for the overseas shipping b/c the shipping amount they charged was the estimate so I gave to pay for the actual cost and I wanted to pay with credit card but it's saying I have to use the gaccount. @KawaiiPockyx I usually pay extra shipping cost with my paypal. However, I just searched it and you basically have to purchase gcash with your credit and that is used for shipping. I have a link you can check out to help you further.
And when it states shipping is free it means domestic shipping. So if you live overseas you will still have to pay shipping to you. Shipping from the seller to the gmarket warehouse you do not have to pay since it is free.
@PenniRockx The money refunded to you for extra shipping cost goes to your gaccount. You can use that on your next order if it covers the cost of the item + the shipping. If it does not, you can wait until you cumulative enough to make an order or you can spilt an order of yours into 2 orders. And use the balance on one order and just combine the shipment of the 2 separate orders. This will then cause a refund of the difference from shipping back to your gaccount.
@ilysmlalalalala750 Hmm it should be just like that. Go to the shopping cart, deselect all the items, then select the item you want to delete. Then click the button on the bottom that says "delete from cart". And it should be deleted.
@Jhayca0930 If the item says it is worldwide shipping is usually means it can be shipped to oversea locations. And yes gmarket does ship to Germany (Region 3).

@tinApy90 You can pay by credit card I believe, but you can also pay by paypal. I recommend using paypal because you can just pay directly to them either through your own credit card or bank account.
This is just a suggestion but i think u should have said where to find the item number (u know like around the picture) since i couldnt quite find it since i just saw the size and etc .. but i found it ......

@zy1989 It was delivered to the warehouse, the next step is to ship to you. And once they ship it out, there should be a tracking button that appears.

@zy1989 First it is on request so you will have to wait until the order is shipped from the seller to the gmarket warehouse. That could take 2 days-7days or even longer, depending on the seller and if your item is in stock. After it reaches the warehouse it should be shipped to you and since you live in Asia it shouldn't take that long to get to you.

@zy1989 Glad you found the video useful! I actually use paypal for my purchases or my cash balance when I have accumulated enough from the money refunded to me from shipping. I just find paypal a lot easier to use and safer.

@zy1989 Ahh, my friend in singapore also had this problem and I just googled it. It seems tons of people from singapore have this problem. I honestly do not know why. Could it be your browser? You may want to try IE instead if you are not already using it. Or maybe it is your payment choice that is having issues, you may want to try paypal. I wish I could be more of help, but I never encounter a problem like that before. Sorry!

@gladtobeliving I don't cut my own bangs often. However, I do go to my hair stylist and just show her a picture of how I want my bangs. It is straight bangs and at the ends they are thinned out so it wont be too blunt. If you want the photo I use just let me know ^^
