  • thank you, about the wheat starch, is that similar as the wheat flour?

  • @rmanda2 Hi, you are welcome. They are very different. 'Flour' in general just refers to the texture, the fine grind.

'Starch' is a specific carbohydrate, . Their wheat starch is likely to be a byproduct of gluten production :-)

  • Hi again, yes, when she is mixing bamboo, shrimps + ginger she's adding 4 extra things, look the video and you'll see. After she does that she mix and add the corn starch and the sesame oil to the shrimps. Thanks!

  • wantanmien Thank you very much! i'll try it but she added 4 spices or something on the shrimps, stir it , and after again she added 2 things, what was it?

  • hi there, you seem to live in Germany. me too. what is wheat starch and tapioca flour in German? Thank you.

  • @ColorsofCologne Hi, wheat starch is "Weizenstärke" and tapioca flour is "Tapiokamehl". you can find both in your local asian supermarket. Viele Grüße nach Köln! ^^

  • @wantanmien Vielen Dank!

Bin gespannt!

  • Why do you need to stir the shrimp, ginger and bamboo shoots in one direction?

  • @aznpos531 Hi stirring in one direction helps to make a gluey consistency. If you keep changing the direction it will not stick together so easily. :-)

  • Maria

多謝呀﹗﹗﹗﹗﹗你真厲害﹗﹗﹗今日才知虾餃其實都唔難整﹗﹗thanks so so so soooooo much!!!!

  • Looks delicious!! Thx for this video.
