I had the string in a hole where my wisdom teeth had been pulled years ago when in college.The dentist packed it with medicine to heal and drain.I really didn't feel it but then I was knocked out for the surgery and was in some pain later.The string came out when I was eating ( yes I spat it out and tossed it away).I had to get another one a day or two later when I visited the dentist for a check up.He packed it again then he pulled it out a few days later.

that wasn't a worm, it was packing guaze, usually iodine impregnated, used for staph infections so the wound could heal from the inside out, instead of possibly leaveing a cavity that could later become reinfected.

Very interesting but based on experience that looks like a spider bite to me-not the venom as such but more a result of the bugs on the fangs of which Staph aureus is common.What was the result of patholgy?Spiders capable of this are many and often the actual bite is almost painless.

Your lesion is in a common place for when the spider was in your clothing when you dressed that day.Think about it please.What was the end outcome? Good Luck .

I can tell you right now it wasn't a spider bite, but an infection resulting from unsanitary bathing conditions. The end result was a circular scar.
