The Constitution is not out of date. These weapons were already restricted and neither one of these two could even legally possess a hunting rifle let alone a restricted full auto but them being criminals they got them didnt they. Yes we make AK's in the US but only semi auto AKs. A law abiding civilian with NO criminal past and I mean NO can purchase a full auto AK legally. It takes about six months of paperwork and approval from the ATF and gives the ATF the right to search for that weapon without a search warrant at any time. These full autos were illegally obtained and in possession was a class A Felony. The people who did this were already felons for being in possession of restricted weapons and explosives already.
Also read the entire Constitution of The United States of America and you will see that the second amendment is not about hunting. Not everyone can purchase a full auto firearm. It takes a lot and it takes being licenced and proven safe. Did you know only two crimes have been committed in the US with legal machine guns since the law was put in place and both murders were committed by police officers. Legal machine guns are not used in crimes.

Plenty, you're a knob. These two grubs cowered behind armour, had bigger guns, with more rounds of armour piercing bullets. By comparison, the un-armoured cops had pea-shooters with limited reloads. The robbers could spray shots around with impunity because (A) they didn't give a shit about hitting innocent bystanders (the likes of you, me and our loved ones) and (B) they had the ammunition. Couldn't agree more! Plus, they weren't even trying to kill anyone. Bank robberies aren't about kills, they just wanted the cash. If they really wanted to kill people they would have just slaughtered every one in the bank. Outside the bank when the shootout started they were laying down suppressive fire to keep the cops heads down so they could escape, not really taking aim. On top of firing indescriminantly, the AK isn't exactly the top choice for accuracy either, so it wouldn't have mattered.

They murdered at least one person before and were speculated to murdering two other guards. They only killed when something got in there way of the money. They did want to kill the police but not because of who they were because they were trying to get in there way. Also the AK is not that bad on accuracy anyway it is more of a rumor. The Constitution is not out of date. These weapons were already restricted and neither one of these two could even legally possess a hunting rifle let alone a restricted full auto but them being criminals they got them didnt they. Why should the government stop any law abiding civilian from owning any firearm? Also body armor is legal for anyone to purchase. It is only about three hundred dollars for a level 3A top of the line vest here.

Yes we make AK's in the US but only semi auto AKs. A law abiding civilian with NO criminal past and I mean NO can purchase a full auto AK legally. It takes about six months of paperwork and approval from the ATF and gives the ATF the right to search for that weapon without a search warrant at any time. These full autos were illegally obtained and in possession was a class A Felony. The people who did this were already felons for being in possession of restricted weapons and explosives already.

Also read the entire Constitution of The United States of America and you will see that the second amendment is not about hunting. Not everyone can purchase a full auto firearm. It takes a lot and it takes being licenced and proven safe. Did you know only two crimes have been committed in the US with legal machine guns since the law was put in place and both murders were committed by police officers. Legal machine guns are not used in crimes.

Maybe a law abbiding citizen should be able to have a fully functional T90 tank, a mirage 2000, or an MX missile. The Supreme Court has ruled in three cases that Police officers have no duty to defend any individual citizens life that it is the duty of the citizen to defend there own lives. Second a law abiding citizen should be allowed to purchase ANY firearm. I am not talking missiles or tanks I am talking firearms. Second the majority of the AK's AR-15's G3's in the USA (most so called assault weapons) are semi auto only. A law abiding civilian cannot just buy a full auto in a day

What would banning firearms do. In this shootout the firearms were illegal and the two were not allowed to be in possession of even a legal firearm because they were already felons. Criminals dont obey the law anyway so all banning firearms would do is take them from law abiding civilians that use them to defend themselves against criminals. The supreme court ruled in 81 that the police are not there to defend your life it is your duty to do so. Look up Warren Vs. District of Columbia.

Did you know firearms are used more than 3 times for self defence and to stop a crime from happening than they are used in a crime? Did you know that these two also were arrested back in 93 for illegal weapons conspiracy to commit robbery and possession of IED's and yet were let back out only after 90 days in jail.
