I think it was about 10-12 inches long and about 5 inches tall at the roof. I just used the dimensions of the toy in the photos and doubled them to create a template.

The wheels were carved out of the cake. Used a larger round cookie cutter for the outer diameter and carved a channel to mimmic the gap between the wheel and the fender. Used a smaller cookie cutter for the inner diameter. then filled covered the tire and inner wheel with fondant. The spoiler is just moulded fondant too.
