You can tell Gene is the real deal, because he doesn't have to pull the mic right up to his face to be able to hear the low notes.

Absolutely Beautiful. I love this song. One of the greatest prayers we can ever pray. Great post. I can't say enough about the beauty of this song. The words and the harmony just bring tears to my eyes. Loved It! Loved It! Loved It!!!!

do you know if Darryl, the bass singer for this group is any relation to the famous bass singer for Hovie Lister and Statesman, the one they called "Big Chief"? They sort of have similar features...

Wow that was absolutely beautiful! I love the harmony especially at the end! Gene MacDonald is such a great bass singer and does a great job being the "foundation" of the group. Bass Power! :)

@Bass35744 def. agree awesome rich sound .. I sing bass in a performance choir and its not as easy as most people think.

yeah i saw it on the gaither website that they gave guy a couple weeks off to spend time with his family and that david phelps, mark lowry, and jason crabb was gonna be the GVB until he got back. At least thats what I think they said. I'm going to a gaither concert on november 14th and I was hoping they would still be a part of it by then but i'm sure they wont
