the only problem with the aircraft (in appearance) is that the propeller animation resembles a flat disk, and as you know, propellers are not flat. but other than that, the plane looks pretty cool!

No the DC-6 was introduced in 1946, FDR was already dead.

No, but Truman did (not that he used it much at all). FDR had a DC-4 converted for his use though he didn't use it much either. Eisenhower had a Constellation & the 707 was added near the end of his last term. Ike was the first president to really do a lot of travelling while in office. The rest I am sure you are already aware about.
