    Customer Reviews:

iv owned this guitar for about a year now, iv paired it with my fender mustang 3 amplifier, this may look like a metal guitar, but its very versitile, and the neck is really slick and quick to play on. the only issue with it is that its top heavy, meaning the neck of the guitar will fall downwards as you're playing, which i repaired by ...

  • i have the same bass in the same color whats yours numbered mine is b 9136

  • @jonBENDER1 "i have the same bass in the same color whats yours numbered mine is b 9136"

I actually unloaded this bass, it is the painted neck import, no sticker or serial number on it when I got it.

  • The last time I saw an Ironbird bass, Bobby Dall of Poison played one in a Poison video. That was quite a long time ago.

  • I have 2 BC Rich bass (beast nt , virgin nt) in my family basses it`s a great basses nice sound!!! \m/

  • Damn cool bass...

  • btw, it is a right hand bass, the video is upside down....sheesh. evil bay has them once in a while and the sellers usually ask what I paid for mine brand new, around 450.00 USD

  • I used to have one around 1988. It was a NJ series. Pickups sucked and it was difficult to play sitting down. The case was the size of a coffee table, hard to transport in a small car. I also had an original Innovator and 3 Warlocks, one black with the 2x2 headstock and custom inlays, one purple with a regular pointed headstock and a black one with a reverse headstock. The pickups were all replaced with EMGs.

  • Woudnt happen to be for sale would it?

  • im looking at this on my craigslist now! how are the points? are those the original pickups?

    thanks

  • were can i get one of those bro?

  • They are over 50 inches long, you probably don't see them in in your country if you have tight customs regulations . Gets expensive ..

  • you are very lucky, it's really rare to find an Ironbird bass since they were made in 1987 and I'll never get one. And it still looks cool as a lefty.

  • Not sure if those dates apply to the IronbirdII, but I don't know, so maybe someone else can chime in.

  • Bob.... you need to show what that thing looks like with that huge point facing up while your holding/playing it :) you know I love pointy....
