Great video! Good to see that people are trying to make a difference. I'm from Denmark and tourists here are always amazed at how clean it is in my country. I think it's getting a little worse these days though, especially along highways. People throw out the weirdest things. I always make an effort to find the nearest trash can, hope future generations will be raised to do that as well!
I pick up stuff as I go all the time especially glass. For a second I thought they were cleaning up piggy beachgoer's trash. They really ought to see the netting screen at the last 1000 feet of the Ballona Creek when it rains big time. There are approximately 20 styrofoam cups per second and the netting after about a day looks like a mountain of styrofoam.
woo i signed up for this club at school. cant wait to clean up the beach then surf afterwards!
