@MrKennyKRH Actually they're extremely useful. Perfect example in this video. What if Naruto didn't use his clones when he rushed in and attacked Utakata, he would be dead right?. Plus they help him gain intel on his opponents before he actually takes them head-on, as well as help him gain experience as seen when he was training with wind manipulation.

You have a point with the intel gathering. But I still have a beef with the way Naruto uses them. His clones just charge at enemies with no strategy and they get killed immediately. He should use them more intelligently, like in the beginning of the shippuden episodes, we saw how he had learned to use his clones more effectively by for example yanking Naruto from harms way. I can't remember seeing him use his clones like that in a real fight.
