Brian Setzer Orchestra - Hawaii Five O

I love Brian Setzer and his Orchestra. But I like the original TV theme better.

This is an good live version and I don't fault Brian for taking the melody most of the time, after all it's his band. But the mix has him way out in front and many of the little things that make it cool are lost. The drums sound much better in the original too.

I like Brian's better than the Ventures version.

Wow! Brian is a great guitar player, but he did not have the signature sound like the Ventures that you get with playing a Mosrite! I own a Gretsch Country Club. Its a great guitar, but there is only ONE Mosrite, period.
