It must be harder to play this game with the Gamecube controller then when it was on the SNES and you could play with the SNES controller

Yeah, it would be a bit too long.

Well, maybe if I only do certain missions... But then the story wouldn't go right... Unless I actually play the whole game, but only record certain missions...

Hm. I'll make a note on my playthrough list.  Maybe I can do this if I think of a good list of missions to record. Thanks.
