Personally, I love this song, both in english and japenese form. The anime is a beautiful work of art, and highly underated just because it adapted from a william shakespeare play. I haven't got to the ending yet, however I do know its going to be beautifully tragic.

I've watched the manga and the Romeo and Juliet in class and it was just ok. When I watched the anime, I turned into squealing girl mode. I even cried. It was just so beautiful. The ending was beautifully sad.

This was a Beautiful Anime. And their deaths are significant. Not just suicide, but a sacrifice for their love to their City and for their love to each other. The song speaks it all. =) i cried in the end. yup, i couldn't help it. =P

This opening just really, really reminds me of the fire emblem franchise...

Romeo and Juliet would be lords, Curio a fighter or a knight, Fransisco would be an archer, Tybalt a myrmidon etc. And there are any number of people who could by pegasus/wyvern knights...

To be frank about this, "Inori" by Lena Park carries more soul and meaning than the original one... which in a way cannot be blamed seeing it is of the inspirational genre which unwittingly carries narm with it.
