Ron Paul is weak on foreign policy in the sense that there is supposed to be a weak central government. Saying the congress must declare war before going to war doesn't really sound "weak" to me. It's saying that one person shouldn't solely be in charge of deciding whether or not to invade a country. If the congress votes on it, you can hold your local representative responsible. If it's a just war, that person will be fine. If it was a senseless war, that person should be voted out.

I'm well aware of his older vids. I've been following Ron Paul for over ten tears now. I have an immense respect for the man. I meant no disrespect with my comment.
