This sport is called "footbag." A footbag is about the size of a golfball, and usually has beads or pellets as filler. They are usually made of a soft fabric like ultrasuede, and are not entirely filled.

This video is fantastic - it means so much to me - Eliot Piltz is a footbag genius and a talented director.

I re-discovered footbag through web a few monthes ago (I used to semetimes kick as a teenage in the eighties...) and I wanted to thank you Eliot for all you did for this sport, over all for the fantastic Flipsider website (when will you bring it to life ?). All my respect and gratitude !

The guy playing in "She's all that" is Chad Devlahovich a friend of the guy in this video. If you check the video channel out where this video is from you will find some trick demonstrations done by a tall guy in black clothes that is the guy in "She's all that".

Man,great job, but I wouldn't think its your "life". If it was your life then you would not be able to carry on metabolic activities and respod to stimuli either. You are seriously skilled, but it seems a bit serious to say a footbag is your life. how much do you pactice every day? 5 Hours? I say its a bit extreme for it to be your "life". Just my point of view, but I respect yours.

It's an expression, not meant to be taken literally. He doesn't mean it's his 'life,' he means that his life basically revolves around it, what he eats, how he thinks, how he spends his time, etc.
