@perfectioning Honestly I dont have any secret moves. I just go on the treadmill and elliptical. I do squats, use the leg press machines as well as the abductor and adductor machines that work the inner and outer thighs.

Exercise and try to eat right. Theres no secret unfortunately. Just patience and presistance. I used to feel that too. But every time I failed or gain back the weight I tried again. You can do it too!
