You cut callories using liver harming Splenda instead of sugar, but than You add fat peanut butter. Sorry man, but it doesn't make any sense... Beside - is it really that important to look perfect? I prefere to look "just" good and take more care about my power and strenght, instead of looking like model...
hey man i tried making it and it was really good but the texture was kind of spongey and didnt quite look like yours....did you think i should add less water or microwave less? i tried 3 minutes in the micro

@kickerPunter21 Glad you enjoyed it! Actually this food is great for bulking and I eat it almost everyday regardless of bulking or cutting. If you want more calories so it fits into a bulk more then just use twice the ingredients and it will be a 1k+ meal!
@MrBeltfed I wouldn't suggest it unless your really trying to bulk big time. You could use one scoop of the mass gainer though and that would only be 125 calories extra and it would be quite tasty :)
Another good vid man, going to give this a try but lower the serving size for my cut. Never looked into recipes for oats always just threw them in my shake but this looks tasty.
