hello i was just wondering what is the best way to prevent the gear from being eroded by the engine it would be great if you could help me or if anyone could because i just flew mine for the first time had a small crash and its already needing replacement.

today my esc was smoking and burning i hope it didn't burn my motor i e-mailed esky today if the can send me a new one .. because it was my 4th flight and i was just hovering and it went crazy it crashed and then started smoking i quikly disconnected the battery but it was to late
