I always wondered what would become of this line i passed over as a Racal Datacom service engineer in 1989 on my way up to Matlock. Nice to see it operating again and i enjoyed my recent visit .Thanks also to Racal Datacom for allowing me to drive all over the country visiting this and other lines at their expence on my way to faults. One of the best jobs i ever had as a railway person.
Never got the chance when i worked for BT,people could see the van.
