I met Paul a few times in the 90's when he was working with George in NYC. He was always so kind. I remember one time he forgot his sunglasses at a restaurant (America) where a bunch of us fans were having lunch with he and George, and we dropped them off at the hotel for him..he called and left the nicest message. Paul was an amazing guy!

Paul Starr was a celebrated makeup artist and George's personal friend... In August 2008 they'd just spent the whole week together... A few days later Paul was found dead inside his apartment in LA...
