For worship, you need to buy bowerstone bookstore. Then you go upstairs of the bookstore and there will be some shelves. Search one of tem for the book teaching worship.

lowering rent only affects purity, for good points, i reccommend playing the lute in crowded areas, accepting gifts and/or saving traders from bandits in rookridge.
