i live in cheektowaga and my cousins live one block away well they were playing video games and they said all of a sudden they heard an airplane and ran outside and saw flames and what sounded like a bomb when they ran outside...tragic accident.

strange engine surging sounds from the un-informed public is the doppler effect sounds the enginges-props make in a spin, the props will be bent forward always in an accident if the were making power, bent aft under no power, ntsb can look at the props on the scene and know if they had an engine failure just by the way the props are bent, t-tail icing, I have $100 i will safely bet on my cause

prediction-tail stall from icing is the cause, everybody talks about the wing, but in icing it is always the tail that stalls first. and it just spun in, the tail of an aircraft is always intact in a spin accident, just like this one. I rule out Vmc from enginge failure-loss of directional control
