What if I have a part time job with a regular income, say 20-25 hours a week? Is it difficult to be a succesful realtor if I want to devote the other 20-25 hours of each week in real estate?
I knew an agent who worked a day job but he had an assistance which he paid salary to deal with all the day issues. Now this agent was in Real estate business for long time and had his own office with Keller Williams. Now Assistant can only do some work since they are not license.
i just got hired and payed my membership dues because my broker beat into my head thats what i must do 1st. training classes dont start till a couple months now my dues are up again and i dont know the 1st thing to do to start this career. I need somebody to help me and my broker told me to take home a contract and bring it back in a week and talk about what i dont understand. I thought it would be alot different. CAN SOMEBODY GIVE ME SOME ADVICE PLEASE!!!!
My wife works part time as an RE agent and is doing fine. It depends on what you want to get out of it. My wife does it for fun and it's something she can do to bring in a little extra income and still be around when the kids get home from school. However, I agree that it would be tough to replace a full-time income working part-time in RE.
$65,000 a month advertising??? WTF??? $780,000 a year on advertising. What is your net income a year???
